NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A VARIANCE REQUEST FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 203 AND 215 N 2ND STREET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of City of Goodhue, acting as the planning commission, will meet on Wednesday, February 26th at 6:00 PM (or as soon as possible thereafter) in the City Hall Council Chambers, 405 Broadway N, Goodhue, Minnesota, to consider an application from Goodhue Rental, LLC, requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance No. 200 Section 4.5 Subd. 2(d): 1st floor apartment use of building for the properties located at 203 and 215 N 2nd Street, Goodhue, Minnesota. Such persons desired to be heard with reference to this request will be allowed such an opportunity at this meeting. Individuals may also elect to submit written comments directly to City of Goodhue, Attn: City Clerk, 405 Broadway N, Goodhue; or mail to P.O. Box 126, Goodhue.
All comments will be included as part of the public record.
